An alligator is drawn from a top-down angle, with its long curved tail sweeping to one side and its four short legs spread out. The back and tail show a grid pattern representing scaly skin, while the head has simple round eyes and a wide closed mouth. Lines are bold and simple, making large areas easy to fill in. Try green or olive tones for the body with a lighter yellow belly.
