Noel from Mermaid Melody: Pichi Pichi Pitch is drawn sitting with her tail curled beneath her, long flowing hair framing her face and a star-shaped hair clip visible. She wears a shell-decorated top, a pearl necklace and beaded bracelets on her wrists. The line art combines large smooth areas on the tail with finer details in the hair strands and jewelry. Try shading the tail in shades of teal or purple and adding pearly white accents to the shells and beads.
